It’s a good day for Sandra Bullock!
Early this morning she got her first Oscar nomination and a few hours later a judge ordered that Sandra’s step-daughter gets to stay with her and hubby Jesse James and not be returned to Jesse’s wacko ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemuulder.

Lovely Anne Hathaway will read off the nominations for this year’s Academy Awards on Tuesday morning. Hathaway will unveil the nominations in the 10 categories anyone cares about at 5:30 AM so it gets in the news cycle. The big show is March 7th.

Star of the year Sandra Bullock has joined the growing list of celebrities to  get PR out of help Haiti.
She’s donating $1 million.
Say Sandra:
“I wanted to ensure that my donation would be used immediately to meet the needs of the Haitian people affected by this catastrophic event.”

Sandra Bullock has been named Hollywood’s top-earning star of 2009.   She pulled in more than $500 million at the box office this year after scoring big with the romantic comedy ‘The Proposal’, Sports drama ‘The Blind Side’, and little seen ‘All About Steve’.
