The Director’s Guild has picked their feature film nominees:  Kathryn Bigelow for  ‘The Hurt Locker, Lee Daniels for ‘Precious’, James Cameron for “Avatar,” Jason Reitman for “Up in the Air”, and Quentin Tarantino for “Inglourious Basterds.”
The DGA nominees usually mirror the Oscar nominees as most of the same people are voting.
