Says his publicist:

“As a preventative measure, Charlie Sheen has entered a rehabilitation facility. He will take some time off his series Two and a Half Men.”

It’s been quite a few weeks for Hollywood Housewife Brooke Muller aka Mrs. Charlie Sheen.  First she’s attacked with a knife by her hubby, then she filing restraining orders in court, then she’s in the hospital, and now she’s in rehab.

A judge in Colorado has given Charlie Sheen the go ahead to visit and speak with wife Brooke who is in the hospital — after Brooke begged the judge to do so.
